I decided in the middle of my bodybuilding career, at age 20, that I had to help others change their lives through exercise and better eating habits. At the time, fitness had found me and it changed me INSIDE and OUT — I just had to share that experience.
In the beginning, my confidence, exercise habits and food knowledge were all zero, but I was willing to learn from others, go to school and admit when I didn’t know an answer. So for the next twenty-five years, God and hard work brought me a rewarding career, filled with priceless experiences that most would only dream about — and for those blessings, I am forever grateful.
